This hotel is situated in a prime location, which is easily accessible to all major attractions, including several bus stations and shopping malls. the rooms are clean and spacious, with complimentary toiletries. Breakfast has options for Chinese cuisine and is good. the staff is helpful and friendly, although English fluency varies.
Some of the amenities in the hotel are outdated, which might not provide the expected star level of comfort to some guests.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. We were able to easily walk to the main sights and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable. we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary amenities offered in our room.
Despite its prime location, the hotel could definitely benefit from some updates and renovations. The room was not as clean as we had hoped and the noise level was quite high at times.

Great Location and Spacious Rooms We recently spent a weekend in a hotel in Chengde, and we were pleasantly surprised by its great location, just a few minutes' walk from the main attractions. the rooms were spacious and clean, and we were provided with complimentary supplies. We also enjoyed the Chinese breakfast, which was extensive and delicious.
the service was not up to par, with the staff showing little interest in accommodating our needs.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location here is amazing, with two malls just a stone's throw away. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance, from shops to a food court. Plus, there were several bus stations nearby, making it easy to explore the area.
In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location, the service, and the amenities make it a wonderful choice for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
